The project of inclusive early childhood education and care implemented by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, with the help of a World Bank loan, aims to improve the availability, quality and fairness of preschool education for every child since birth to 6.5 years, especially for children from socially and economically vulnerable social groups.
